Gryphon Custom Builders is celebrating 5 years of providing construction management services in Portland and the surrounding area. We continue to grow our operation throughout the greater West Coast region and have recently began partnering in commercial construction in Portland. We build for a variety of owners and developers and manage a diverse array of project types, including ADU’s, garages, Multi-Family dwellings, mixed-use, affordable housing and custom residences, to name a few. Our clients appreciate our team approach to the construction management process and our mantra of understanding to deliver buildings that meet the vision and goals within the desired budget.
